1.) Care Coordination- Helping you to live longer in your own home, Care Coordination provides free, in-home assessments to set up services for seniors including: homemaker, adult day care, meals, emergency home response and more.
2.) Nursing Home Ombudsman- A listening ear for nursing home residents, Ombudsmen meet with residents to help resolve complaints.
3.) Money Management Assistance- Assists seniors with bill paying, including budgeting, balancing a check book and writing checks.
4.) Adult Protective Services- Investigates and resolves reported cases of elder abuse, including financial exploitation, physical and emotional abuse.
5.) Caregivers and Grandparents Raising Grandchildren- Offers support services and resources, including support groups, resource and information along with counseling services.
